A. Hi mom. In order to reduce the abdominal fat, do some simple yoga and abdominal exercise and also stretching exercises, . you can have apple cider vinegar with the water in the early morning empty stomach. Avoid having fat and sugar and cut short the carbohydrate to only one meal.
