#asktheexpert how long after c section can one start to workout?

A. Hello good evening !! It takes 5-6 months to recover from C-Section delivery. Avoid heavy works, exercises, weight lifting, washing clothes, mopping, standing long hours . If you have delivered 5-6 months earlier consult Gynaecologist and ask suggestion about work outs.. You can start walking for 10-15 minutes from 3rd month after delivery.
