#asktheexpert hlw mam .my baby is 10 months old ,I want to know how many times should I give her formula milk ideally now as I hv started weaning at 6 months (she was on formula since birth)and wat is the ideal time gap between two meals at this age .any food that can improve her immunity.

You should give food to the child according to the schedule that you want to formulate like you can give breakfast lunch and dinner to the child and rest of the times you can give milk to the child and this is what is going to be helpful lastly if you really are looking for good immunity and health you should avoid giving junk and sugary food to the child
