A. Hi, Swelling of legs is common and normal. please drink atleast two liters of water in a day. Try to keep your feet elevated whenever possible. while lying down, keep a pillow under your feet. If your BP is high, then please cut down on your salt intake. Physical activities like walking, house hold chores helps. You can eat your normal healthy food. All the best!

A. Hi mom Swelling of hands and feet is very much normal during pregnancy. U can take bath with lukewarm water or dip ur legs in lukewarm water to get relief from swelling. Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products, pulses, sprouts, non veg food etc.
