#AskTheExpert Hi I have delivered baby via c section 6 month ago. I am working professional and I have resume my duty again.. pl suggest which king of care I have to do to recover from all leayer of stitches and can I drive vehicles? my job is like 8hr setting.

The Care that you’ve been taking till now almost you just have to go ahead with the same and now you can sit for a longer duration because external stitches have healed completely the internal take a little more time but also that would be fine even if you sit for eight hours it’s not a problem
