can I use tummy belt after C section. it's been 22 days now from the day I delivered baby via C section

Choose any belt with back support
No need to worry
Stay hydrated healthy
Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
