#AskTheExpert Hi Doc I had my 3rd C-section and tubectomy on 23rd August 2021 that is 11 days back. can I use the tummy belt now. I'm having back ache. thank you๐

Yes you can use the tummy belt but make sure that you tie it snugly and not tightly.
You can use pillows to support your back while sleeping and sitting

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello it would be better to wait for some more days and then you may start wearing the belt once you feel better and have recovered which would be better and also safe too and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor
