Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. no for so. breastfeeding is the best source of immunity and nutrition for baby . Exclusive mother feeding should be done for six months for brain growth . No formula milk is recommended as it s not needed . No ghutti or water till six months .
