#asktheexpert Hello mam Is it safe to use a breast pump to express the milk and feed it to 4 months baby. Also, how long can I store the expressed milk.

Yes you can use a breast pump there is no problem and the amount of milk that you express can be stored at different temperatures for different time like room temperature one hour refrigerator about 8 to 10 hours and deep freezer is for more than a month
