Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. hi if powder is prescribed by your doctor and if you have informed him that you are nursing mother then you can take it. otherwise don't take it. mam ,I advise to take homemade healthy food which includes green veggies, fresh fruits, more keep your self well hydrated. avoid drinking RO water.
