#AskTheExpert Hello, just wanted to know my baby has got flu from 5 days n since yesterday he’s not eaten a bit also. He refused totally. It’s zero nil. No bf no lunch no dinner yesterday so today morning he woke up for hunger asks but doesn eat one bite also. Unable to understand and so disheartening to see him not eat anything. What else can I do?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. hi yes ,it is natural that one loses his /her appetite when fall a sick. so keep your trying best offer food as per your child taste. give liquid diet more like coconut water, buttermilk , soup etc which provide energy and strength to your child.
