#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, which oil should I apply on my child’s head as it’s too hot here. Also, please suggest oil for body massage.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. as per your given information, weather is hit their, use coconut oil for massage n to apply on head massage/ hairs.. avoid using warm nature oil for now. tc
