#AskTheExpert hello doctor... how to reduce tummy post pregnancy. in my case post 6 weeks my tummy got reduced. but later again it came out. please advise

A. starr t light yoga. you have to be committed to shed weight ok. exercise n diet both are important. do workout n eat more salads to get a healthy weight loss.

A. post delivery you can start with brisk walking or yoga or low intense exercise after 4-6. months of c section restrict the sugar and sweet intake avoid oily and spicy foods keep yourself well hydrated
