#AskTheExpert Hello Doc, It has been 4 months since caesarean and yet my belly has not come to the normal size. I still appear as 5-6 month pregnant. Plz suggest what to do

A. use abominal belt which will be available in the near by medical store of your size. Do Yoga after 6months and go for walking
