Q.

#asktheexpert Heavy flow than usual in the first two days, and then just spotting for 4 to 5 days during periods. Is this fine or any concern?

A. nothing much to worry for. The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them
