#asktheexpert he is having continuous cold from two months. in a day only one or two hours he is having heavy cold... can you please suggest what to do

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper exagmination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like wikorygl, alex cold
In viral illness there can be cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .
