as a mother you can take anti cold medicines and for your child you can also apply baby Vicks if the child is not allergic to it and the medicine would be nasal saline drops
kindly give nasal saline drops every three hourly and since it is a salt water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and try to prevent temperature variations on the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor

Hello ma’am If your child is having cold how are you having a tablet is going to help your child that is just a myth it is not going to help your child at all. If your child is having cold you can give indirect steam to the child or you can just give nasal drops to the child into the nose apart from that it is not recommended to rub viks on to the body at all till the age of one year
