Hello ma’am Maybe you’re just over feeding the baby which is why this is happening I would advise you to reduce down the feed quantity and time and feed your child only as and when your child demands for it as that helps a lot in reducing down the vomiting issues so try doing this otherwise you may consult your paediatrician ones
