#Asktheexpert from past few days I feel like taking deep breaths, I don’t think it’s shortness of breaths but just taking deep breaths ...is it because of lack of HB or any other issue ...it’s been 9 months post cesarean..

it happens because of many reasons so please visit your gynecologist or physician for once.
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
wear weather appropriate clothes
maintain good hygiene
