Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl10 months agoA. hi some of the milestones for 4 months old babies are : - can hold head steady without support - begins to develope hand and eye co ordination - has close vision and can recognize their parents through their voice and touch. - can give social smile .
