A. Yes you can apply just dip your little finger in oil then apply it even desi ghee or mustard oil can be applied in the naval no problem but in small quantity and don’t fill oil in it

A. Hi dear mom Yes u can apply... There is no problem in that. If pus is coming then do not apply. Then apply neosporin powder if pus is coming. Take care and good luck
