Q.

#AskTheExpert because of too much hot weather i keep on my ac max time as a result me and my baby both caught cold...she is sneezing nd coughing...if i switch of fan or ac she start crying nd sweats a lot...pls suggest me ways how to keep my baby healthy in this hot summer?

A. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful . Medicinfes like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symfdptoms . Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

A. U Can you keep a Sion on the temperature of 25 for 26° not more than that and avoid using fan during that time and if you do not want to use air conditioner to the day you can always use a fan on five number a little bit of extra sweat at this age is completely normal

Q. my baby is 2.6 years old...and came outside India for vacation....my baby caught cold suddenly ... although the weather is too hot but it may be because of ac and frequent weather change....so i am giving him Maxtra 5 ml twice in a day...what else I can do.....i will take flight day after tomorrow.
