#AskTheExpert baby tummy looks one side slightly bulging than other side. Is this normal ?

Author of questionGuardian of a 3 yr old boy2 years agoA. His bowel movement seems good. Bulging is not hard and swollen. It’s kind of movement of intestine I guess. His motion is proper 2-3 times a day and drinking milk regularly. My doubt is this normal for a baby to have tummy like this which is like a bulge moving around ?

If your child's abdomen feels swollen and hard, and if she has not had a bowel movement for more than one or two days or is vomiting, call your pediatrician. Most likely the problem is due to gas or constipation, but it also could signal a more serious intestinal problem.
