Hi parent Don't use RO water for drinking , anti dandruff shampoo , packaged and processed food maida and sugar Take sunbath daily Walk more Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Take more probiotics millets and citrus fruits Don't over use senitizer anti bacterials and antibiotics
