NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello it is always safe to be using pure compressed virgin coconut oil for the baby which is suitable for most of the babies skin and in regards to the other oil you should be using it if it is suitable for your babies skin otherwise better to avoid and you can try babyhug massage oil as well
