as I am a c section mom can I start doing some belly reducing excercise???? right now 1.5 month post pregnancy mom!

A. You can start slowly after 4 months.

A. This is too early before six months completion you cannot go ahead we doing any exercise and because the stitches take a lot of time for you to heal you can only start with this clock after six months and forth and exercising after about 9 to 10 months of your delivery
