after normal delivery ,which abdomen belt is preferable and how many days we should use and how much time in a day we can use and I didn't use till now after delivery , already 4 weeks completed ,is there any possibility to reduce the tummy by using belt or exercises

U Can go ahead with the adjustable belt if you want to but it is not going to help you in reduction of your tummy it is just a myth that women have that it is going to help in reducing your tummy it is just going to keep it in place so that it does not Sagamore hain more after your delivery
