you can put as you are comfortable and dont force to go inside .
be sleeping for atleast 3-4 hours after insertion

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 months agoA. Maam do you think they are gynaecologist would really advise you something which would be unsafe during the time of pregnancy because if you’re going to deliver with the same doctor you really need to trust your doctor with whatever they suggest
