Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. many times and the most common cause would be due to accumulation of milk clots and sometimes it can be neurogenic pain and sometimes it might be a part any local mass like lymph nodes or tisxsue pain.
if it is not improving with simple massage as well as simple hot compresses and expression of accumulated milk then meet your doctor at the earliest for local examination.x
you can take paracetamol for pain.

What kind of pain do you have is it associated with nipple crack or something because that is something which is common with women and sometimes it could probably be due to a nerve related pain in that case once I’m going to recommend you that you taken assistance with your doctor on that
