3month complete ho gaye hai..fir bhi bahot ghabarahat hoti hai.. tens ata hai kuch bhi bat ka ..ye kaise Kam hoga ..pehle jaise normal nhi lagata. shatavari n ashwagandha abhi chalu kiya hai

A. hello lactation medicine can help to improve the milk secretion and also if the bm is not sufficient u can be giving infant formulq milk using a bpa free bottle like babyhug which should be good and safe for the baby and wikk help in the growth of the baby also
