ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 weeks agoA. dear mum a weight of 4.9 kg is a normal weight for your baby at the age of 3 months. for healthy weight gain, you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. Nothing else should be given until then.

The weight of your child seems to be appropriate why do you want to increase it any further that’s not clear to me also I would like to tell you the logic behind calculation is the child gain at least half a kilo kilogram in a month so kindly evaluate on the basis of the birth weight
