Q.

11 months baby having a fever last 3 days we are goving crocin every 6 hour and antibiotic then also temprature high some time after that normal

A. Sponge bath the baby to bring the temperature down and if still does not come down then give meftal p to baby after one hour of crocin syrup and give more liquids to the child

A. Fevers due to viruses can last for as little as two to three days and sometime as long as two weeks. A fever caused by a bacterial infection may continue until the child is treated with an antibiotic.

Q. my baby is almost 11 months old. she first had fever in december which lasted for single day and went away with crocin. she was doing fine. then again fever came after 10 days and this time it was sever high fever, was not going with crocin. so doctors suggested antibiotics. fever went away in 3 days. i completed the dose of the antibiotic. now again after 10 days she is getting fever again. why is it happening?
