zanocin syrup is good for 1nd hlf year baby. whether there is any side effects?. he is suffering from motions n vomitings from few days. not eating anything. refusing medicine. after giving medicine doing vomiting.

U Please do not give any medicine without a consultation with your doctors because of some medicines can have this side effects also in the longer term which is why it is not recommended to give any medicine without consulting the doctor if you want to go ahead with this one I want to say that it is not a safe option but I would not recommend it to give it without Dr’s consent
