hii , my baby is vomiting every thing I feed her along with water today and she also have motions, I am using zanocin syrup is it sufficient

A. zhanocin is antibiotic medicine, it is not dufficient. give your child syp vomikind to control vomiting. offer lots of ors water,and for furtger do consult your doctor in person.
