Will my baby catch cold if I eat something cold like ice cream and juice.... the reason for asking is, I'm still feeding her

Have 4 to 5 Healthy meals.
Consume more protein rich food, n plebty of fluids during lactation period .

because each child is different and having different immune system.
so , take such food items but take them in moderation so it can not affect your child Health.
