why my baby tongue has blood in front

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. mostly there is no blood in the tongue seen but it may be some Hematoma present which will go itself by time but it would be better to once get a proper examination done by your pediatrician
