why my baby having vibration in the chest and sound? no cold nothing but having vibrations .why,?

A. It is difficult to say and it needs to be examined like what kind of vibrations are you feel it when the baby is deep breathing or during day as well abd us baby suffering from cold and cough?

A. Vibrations could be due to sometimes associated with some kind of a deficiency in the body and in a lot of cases it could be associated with congestion into the chest maybe there is no cold but there is genuine congestion so please check with your paediatrician on that
