NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy12 months agoA. hello yes it is normal and nothing to worry and it can be due to the weather condition also and try using mild baby lotion and cream like babyhug.. any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide u better on a proper examination of the same and advise you
