my babies back side skin is look like this. why it shows a round rashes on skin. please reply anybody

A. This is kind of an infection that is there it could be a ring worm or it could be a fungal infection so it would be better to consult your doctor ones and in the meanwhile I would recommend you to apply candid b ointment on to this area on a regular basis
