Why my 10month old baby always vomit while having food and weight loss what should I do Is it very serious? please help me

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 6 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello mama Do not force feed ur baby .. look for the signs when the baby is full and does not want to eat. stop giving after that .. also maintain the gap of 3-4 hours between the two meals. if vomiting frequently then u can give domstal syrup
