bad odour and smell coming from the oral cavity can be due to either some tooth infection as well as oral cavity infection and sometimes it might be related to the digestion problem which is causing bad odour coming from the intestine.
if you have ruled out oral cavity problem then kindly give only easily digestible food to the child and plenty of water to drink and do not give any type of packet foods and stop milk products for few days

SanthoshiMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Check for tooth issues or digestion problem take care. If it continues, I feel It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now.
