why does my 4 month baby keep his tongue out all the time? is it normal

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello , your baby boy is 4 months old and he use to put his tongue out of his mouth so mostly he is having a dehydration or macro glossitis or he has some neurological issues
