Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. that is very normal that small children after taking breastfeeding will regurgitate small amount of milk.
if the amount of milk is less than 10 ml no need to worry.
this curd like milk is normal and no treatment is required.
but if the quantity of milk is more than you have to rule out any gastric problem the child might be having.
you can decrease the the regurgitation by giving more burping time to the child
if the amount is more it is advisable to meet your doctor to rule out gastroesophageal reflux
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Its Very common with kids don’t worry about that this is basically due to stomach reflux also would advise you not to feed your child with a gap of every two hours like how doctors advice feed true child only on demand and when your child is sleeping don’t force feed the child when your child is awake and demanding for free
