why d3 drops should be given during fever??

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. during fever these medicines are not mandatory which can be continued later on so in fever you have to give the medicines which are necessary like paracetamol and other medicines for the symptomatic relief
