why black spot coming on baby tongue how to remove

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and if he is getting black spots on his tongue then mostly micro haemorrhages causing such black coloured spots and fade away automatically

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello mom there are many causes for a black tongue some common ones are Bacteria growth due to antibiotics to clean your baby's tongue you should first wash your hands and then take a small piece of moist cloth or god around your finger and use it to gently rub the surface of the tongue in circular motion
