which sunscreen is best for a 3 and half yr old? do we need to apply moisturizer before applying sunscreen or can we apply it directly on the face and hands ?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Cetaphil sunscreen is good you can go for SPF 50 and you do not have to apply anything before you mix it with the moisturiser or cream that you are using and after that you apply on the skin of the child at least half an hour before your child goes into the child
