which pain relief balm can I use for my 3 year old kid.. bcoz her legs hurt at night

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy11 months agoA. There are multiple causes of limb pain during this age because it can be normal due to groxwth pain. it can also occur due to nutritional deficiency mainly vitamin d, vitamin b12 iron and calcium deficiency. if there is excessive playful activity by the child during the daytime it is but obvious that during the night time there might xbe limb pain. if the limbs are paining without any activity then yes medical examination and treatment will be required
