which medicine can I take for nasal congestion during breastfeeding? is it safe to take levocet, Azithromycin and paracetamol tablets during feeding?

This helps to decrease drainage produced. Afrin (oxymetazoline) nasal spray is a nasal decongestant that can be used safely while breastfeeding
