ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. when you are pregnant or breastfeeding a baby Paracetamol is the safest and in Ayurveda you can take guduchi decoction or Giloy Ghan Vati for yourself that will also reduce fever and safe
