Diaper should not be used 24 hrs as it causes diaper rash which usually results when there is prolonged irritation of skin leading to infection or allergy. Most common cause odf skin irritation is when diaper is left for too long or the fecal magtter in diaper rubs against the delicate skin. so diaper should be changed every 3-4 hrs at least and avoid using diaper for all time . give diaper free interval in between which is very important .

u can buy babyhug anti rash dippers that are soft on skin and absorbs good amount of urine keeping the baby dry preventing rashes..
